At least six people were killed on Monday after a suicide bomb attack near Afghanistan’s national intelligence agency in Kabul, BBC reported, quoting government officials. Three people were injured after the attacker on foot detonated himself. Six civilians were hit when they were passing the area in their cars, Interior Ministry spokesperson Najib Danish told AFP. “We still do not know the target of the attack but it happened on the main road,” he added. There was no immediate claim of responsibility. Security forces cordoned off the area. The attack comes exactly a week after the Islamic State group attacked the Afghan intelligence agency training facility in Kabul.
